Many have been asking how Ursula, my fiancée, and I met. Here you go.

While waiting to make my purchase at my local Lover’s Lane, I saw a beauty out of the corner of my eye. She was 6’2” of heavenly bliss.

We began to chat while in line and found out that we had a lot in common. She loved Portillo’s as much as I did, so we decided after we made our purchases, we’d head over to Portillo’s. It was a great first date. In fact, Portillo’s was the place that I proposed to Ursula just 2 months later.

She’s a great gal and I can't wait to marry her. More about her later...
